its both bcoz due to technology we all are able to do more thing easier and fast....but this quality are also make us vety lazy in many type....so my point of view about it....the technology have both things advantage as well as disadvantage..... finally we got that technology makes day as well as lazy in many diff. cases.

as coin has two faces even the technology has both advantages as well as disadvantages but it depends upon the person who used them. he can make the day excited or even lazy.
