Many teenagers commit adult crimes,but they are not given adult punishments which is genuine.

It is because, they rarely commit crimes for money but because of anger.

They are punished but not as strictly as adults so that they would not get heavily or physically injured spoiling their whole life.

They are kept in a hostel time place where they are asked to do works . They are also educated and allowed to play.

After a few months time they are left and sent home as a better person.
