ANSWER TO THE FIRST QUESTION:

things required - a tumbler ,water, a piece of cardboard

 First take a tumbler and fill it up to the brim.  Now place the piece of cardboard on the top of the tumbler.  Now place the tumbler inverted and put Ur one hand on the surface.  Now slowly pick the tumbler .

observation - you will see that the cardboard does not fall down . this is because water exerts pressure .

ANSWER TO THE SECOND QUESTION

things required - a plastic bottle

Take a plastic bottle in a tub , fill it with water,make 4 holes around the bottle at equal heights, we can see that water flows out with equal pressure from all holes. thus we observe that liquids exert equal pressure at same depth.
