Telemark :-

'Telemark' is one of the nineteen counties in Norway. Telemark is the middle ground of the Southern Norway, lying as it does midway between the Eastern, Southern and Western Norway. Telemark stretches from the coastline of the Skagerrak to the Hardanger Highlands, a high mountain plateau that is home to thousands of wild reindeers. Telemark has a very broken and heterogeneous landscape including many hills and valleys. Telemark lent its name to 'Telemark Sking', a style invented by Sondre Norheim.
The county administration is in Skien. The population of Telemark is around 171,953.
