Watching too much television is not good for your health. Studies have shown that there is a correlation between watching television and obesity. Excessive TV watching can also contribute to sleep difficulties, behavior problems, lower grades, and other health issues. television is the waste of money as well as watching more is also waste of time. We miss our studies, home and school work due favorite programs.Watching too much of TV shown and HD colorful videos and graphics can damage your eyes with high output rays light. Eyes get tired quickly and you will have glasses on your eyes in early age
