Answer:

if time didn't exist:

before the Big Bang, how could the Big Bang possibly have happened?  Abstract Each  physical  theory  includes  its  essential  quantities  and  describes  the  way  of  interaction between them, so the quantity of time could not ignored. Therefore either of three theories (Classic Mechanics, Quantum mechanics, General and Special relativity) have their own elements, describe the way of interaction between them and they have a special vision to the quantity of time. The old theories cannot accurately respond to these questions. Therefore, we need a theory that be able to covers old theories (classical mechanics, relativity and quantum mechanics) and with a new  and precise definition of  fundamental particle that can analyze physical time, in addition answers the unanswered questions. It is done in the CPH theory.  There is two interesting and considerable answers to this issue;  1- Robert Frost, Instructor and Flight Controller at NASA Written Dec 17, 2012 Originally Answered: Did time come into existence after the Big Bang? If time didn't exist then how was the Big Bang possible? [1] The short answer is we don't know, and anyone that tells you they do know is mistaken. Einstein came to the conclusion that space and time cannot be independent of each other and that they react to each other so as to keep the speed of light constant for all observers.  Minkowski expanded on this to define spacetime as a four-dimensional construct. Based on  that, within the rules  of our universe, time could not exist without space, and since space did not exist prior to the big bang, then neither did time. Okay, that answers the question for time as it is defined in our universe.  But it assumes there is no other existence besides our universe.  We can't answer the question of whether or not there is other existence - it is unobservable to us.

If time did not exist...

If time did not exist, there would be no life; there would be no big bang; there would be no formation of nebulae; there would be no formation of solar systems and galaxies.

If time did not exist, only an infinite void would be omnipresent. There would be perfect, ripple-less silence, peace, and serenity everywhere. There would be no up, no down, no left, no right, and no middle.

If time did not exist, there would be no earth, no life, no human beings, and nothing. All potential human beings, all animal and plant forms of life would exist in this silence.

Finally, God would send ripples of creation. Life would begin gyrating into nebulae and take millions of years to give shape to galaxies and solar systems.
