Frank Anthony was a prominent leader of the Anglo-Indian community in India, and was until his death their nominated representative in the Parliament of India except 6th and 9th Lok Sabha

Frank Anthony was born on 25 September 1908 in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. An intelligent student, he received his education from Nagpur University where he excelled in English and was awarded the Viceroy's gold medal. He later moved to London and obtained a degree in law.

Frank Anthony returned to India and started practicing law. He was against the partition of India because he felt it would affect the minority communities in India.

He represented India in Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference in 1948 and 1957. He was also part of the first delegation of Independent India to the United States.

Frank Anthony contributed the spread of education by establishing the All India Anglo-Indian Educational Trust He was appointed as the chairman of Inter-State Board of Anglo-Indian Education.

Frank Anthony wrote the book Britain's Betrayal in India: The Story of Anglo-Indian Community. He died in 1993.
