Regular Reflection:

Regular reflection refers to when parallel rays of light travel through a medium and these rays of light are all reflected in the same direction by the medium. For example, when a beam of light travels through still water, these rays of light will likely all be reflected in the same direction.

Irregular reflection

Irregular reflection occurs when parallel rays of light are reflected in many different directions when traveling through a medium. For example, a beam of light traveling through a piece of glass or a lens that has an irregular shape and different thicknesses will likely cause the rays of light to be reflected in several different directions (not all in the same direction like they would during regular reflection).

Regular reflection - if the reflected ray is parellel to the incidence ray it is regular reflection. It is obtained when the light falls on straight plane.

Irregular reflection - if the reflected राय is not parellel to the incidence ray it is irregular reflection. It is obtained when the light falls on irregular/rough plane.
