Given

∠ABC=35°

∠ACD=115°

To Find

value of x

\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

Step by step explanation

1.We know that in a triangle the sum of all angles is 180° so ,to find x we will find value of y first by adding ∠ACD and y by linear pair we will find the value of y.After we find the angle y we will add all the three angles ∠ABC ,x and y and by angle sum property we will find the value of x.

=>∠ACD+y=180°[linear pair]

=>115°+y=180°

=>y=180°-115°

=>y=65°

In ∆ABC

∠ABC+x +y=180°[angle sum property]

=>35°+x+65°=180°

=>100°+x=180°

=>x=180°-100°

=>x=80°
