1. It is a temperory change.

2. It is a reversible change. It can be reversed.

3. Melting of ice is an example of physical change.

4. example, a cup of water can be frozen when cooled and then can be returned to a liquid form when heated.

5. A physical change involves a change in physical properties. for example :- melting, transition to a gas, change of strength, change of durability, changes to crystal form, textural change, shape, size, color, volume and density.


6. Dissolving sugar in water is a physical change. The solid sugar never loses its properties, the molecules become separated by water and the sugar can easily be recovered by evaporating the water..
