It's the happening of my life a few years ago when I was teaching in the high school. I was there as the teacher for Maths. I was also the Principal of that school. The last batch of class 10 students had not performed well in the Board examination. So I decided to come up with something new and which can help children to perform well in the Board. I think a lot on what to do. I came up with the solution. I went to attend new batch of students in class 10. On the first day I asked them about their 9th final exam percentage. Then I gave them a new and interesting mantra "6-8hours 90+". They didn't understood this. I made them understand and also made them take oath on this. It meant them when they'll study 6 to 8 hours at home they will surely achieve 90+%in Board exam. They laughed at it. But as a Principal a forced them to do so. And then came the Exam. I wished everyone good luck for the exam. When the result came I was surprised to see that more than 13 students had got more than 90%. It had happened first time in my school. And in the first try I was successful. This way I have cheered up with my words.
