Combustion is the process of burning something. It is an exothermic redox reaction. It occurs in the presence of Oxygen. It occurs at very high temperature and transfer energy to the surrounding atmosphere by light and heat.

It is a chemical change, means it cannot be reversed once it is performed.

Examples :- Burning of Candle, Burning of Wood, Burning of fossil fuels , etc.
