You can create up to 100 divisions, including any inactive ones.

1. From Setup, enter Manage Divisions in the Quick Find box, then select Manage Divisions.
2. To create a division, click New, or Edit change an existing division.
3. Enter the division name.
4. To make the division active, select the checkbox. ...

Human loves to unite things as much as they loves to Divide things and create Divisions and intensify difference. Human has Divided even each Religion into  many sects within it. Hinduism has Vaishnavas, Shaivas, Shaktas, etc; Islam has Shias, Sunnis, Ismailias, etc. Buddhism too has Mahayana and Hinyana as its major sects, while Jainism has the Swetambaras and the Digambaras. Besides, there are many trible religious groups loosely knit into the fold of Hinduism. We thus see that the religious character of India is very complex, divisions within division, differences within differences. But everything it does not look so because of the spirite of unity and harmony that pervades our culture. Yet religion matters do often give us tense moments.
