once our english teacher divided our class into 4 teams to prepare a story and the winner team will be appreciate in class.
My team was working very good but there was someone who don't want to work with team ideas.At first,we were adjusting acc. him but He was disturbing us very much.It was such a frustrating situation but we handle it carefully because teacher want that the it should be a team work. We try to make him understand that we also have to give ideas in that story and not everything will be acc. him.But when he didn't agreed it, everyone was much angry on him.Situation become much hot but I manage and tell every thing to teacher. Teacher took him aside and tell him something .After that he started co operating us . At last I want to say that We should share this type of situation with adults ,they would surely have any solution.
