"health is wealth" is proverb which tells us what is real wealth inlofe . being healthy is not only staye of being free of disease illness or injury however being happy physically, mentally, socially , illectually, financially. we often give this advice to others but donot remember to follow ourself which is not good . we usually use " an apple a day keeps the doctor away" but did we eat apple everyday atleast once ?probably answer is not even once.some of rules for healthy living are :-
drinking less soda but water ,drink less or no alcohol but tea or milk, eat less sugar but fruits in order to provide nutrients to your body,less meat but more vegetables, less driving but more walking in order to keep body physically fit, less worry but atleast 8 hours sleep ( remember being worried did not solve tomorrow problems but take away today peace ) ,less anger but more laughter, and one of main less words more action( remember words make no impact, what is impact of lakhs to crore speechs on india?) 4 golden health tips are :-
1 tulsi leaf a day = no cancer ( controlled cell growth)
1 lemon a day= no fat
1 cup milk a day= no bone problems ( you will not need to drink variety of shakes)
3 l water a day = no dehydration ( will keep your body fullfilled with minerals)
i agree wealth is essential to keep pace with life but if your health is not good . what is advantage of that wealth?? u must remember if wealth is lost nothing is lost. we all know but we seldom remember to apply this truth to our fast paced lives.diet, sleep ,exercise leads to stress free life . so lets keep ourself healthy so that we can stand upon our feets and to support our family.
