Once you determine that you have fulfilled your financial obligations then you can start the process of closing down the order. If everything is received in full then you should not have a problem. The typical scenario is when you do a partial receipt against a PO line. You will still have the open comittment in many cases when in reality the work is complete and you don't need the balance of the materials or services.
