1..Open Google+. This app is red with a white G+ on it. Doing so will open your default Google account if you're already logged into Google on your phone...

2..Tap the Home tab. It's in the bottom-left corner of the screen...

3..it's the pencil icon in the red circle on the bottom-right side of the screen. This brings up a new post window...
