Vestigial organs are organs which are used by our ancestors in ancient times as vestigial organs are necessary for them according to their lifestyle and eating habits.For eg:- Vermiform appendix is a vestigial organ which was used by our ancestors as previously human beings eat food rich in cellulose as they do not cook food.Other vestigial organs includes Nictitating membrane in our eyes and
wisdom teeth.
