Covid -19 pandemic has caused a lot of problems for many people.Some are not getting their daily meals while some are removed from their jobs.However due to the lockdown as people stayed indoors ,it was seen that the environment had improved to a great extent.The air pollution level dropped  inconsiderably low .Some rivers like the ganges were cleaned as no more waste was being released into it .Noise pollution was reduced .

Some researchers even claimed that  due to the spread of this novel virus ,the  burgeoning population was also coming under control.
