u must make the font style look attractive. display all the headlines on the front page. Make coloumns for diffrent states or regions. Dont display too much negative news.

u can make english newspaper by first displaying the achievements and inventions and good work done in india today . then in second place u can display history of today then in third page you can display national news and international news . this is because in first page negative news is disliked by people in fresh morning they want positive news.
