Brother I too suffered from depression for few months. You should wake up each day during brambha muhurat that means at 4 am and you should meditate for at least one hour brother. and after that exercise for 1 hour to keep your body fit. Brother this is my personal experience Don't worry about your future, everything will happen good at the right time in life, you just need to focus on your present brother. Try to make your present as much as productive you can. Try to learn something new brother. Spent some time with your parents, family and Friends brother you will be alright. Never loose hope in life brother.
