Government to soon start water transport in Yamuna river in Uttar Pradesh. Water transport will soon start in the Yamuna river in Uttar Pradesh. Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, and Ganga Rejuvenation Nitin Gadkari made the announcement yesterday. He said a water port will be set up in Baghpat district.
