Remember one fact in set theory : If any statement represented a quality then its not a set. Eg. collection of good talented players in hockey team. As it represents a quality, so its not a set. So in your question.
Part ii, iv, v, ix represents a quality, so they are not set, remaining all are set as they are collection of well defined objects.
