apply Pythagoras theorem a2+b²=c² to find the distance between a and c after that do one thing convert the distance in km by 1/1000m formula you will get your answer and do calculation by yourself if will help you

Given,

  • AB = 549 km
  • AD = 601 km
  • BC = 625 km
  • CD = 550 km

To Find ,

  • From C to A through B
  • From A to D ( it's value is given in question 601 km )

Solution !!

a) A/Q

Sides through B = BA + BC

⟹ 549 km + 625 km

 \therefore \sf \red{1174\: km }

b) A to D =  \sf\red {601 \: km} ( Given )
