this theorem simply says that on a line segment it's perpendicular bisector make the points on it equidistant from the points they are Drawn from

in the above figure you have to prove that AO =BO

here is the solution

In ΔAQT and Δ BQT

AT = BT <OT BISECT AB>

QT <common>

an.OTA=an.OTB. <90° >

therefore ΔAQT ≅ ΔBQT BY SAS CONGRUENCY

HENCE AO = BO BY CPCT
