1dm = 10cm

21dm = 210cm

height= 210cm

outer diameter = 10cm

outer radius,R = 10/2 = 5cm

inner diameter = 6cm

outer radius = 6/2 = 3cm

Volume of pipe = πR²h +πr²h + 2πR² - 2πr²

taking π common:

Volume =π( 5²× 210+ 3²×210+2×5² - 2×3²)

=3.14(25 × 210 + 9 × 210 + 2 × 25 - 2 × 9)

=22,531.5025cm²
