Rohan works in an organised sector whereas Sumit works in an unorganized sector.

Organised sector comes under govt., it gives assurance of work. This may not be the case in unorganized sector.

BENEFITS OF ORGANIZED SECTOR are as follows :-

1) Workers enjoys security of employment.

2) They get benefits such as gratuity fund, paid leave, payment holidays, etc.

3) They are expected to work only for fixed hours.

DRAWBACKS OF UNORGANIZED SECTOR are as follows :-

1) Employees are low paid and jobs are often irregular.

2) There is no provision for paid leave, holidays, leave due to sickness, etc.

3) There are certain rules and regulations, but these are not followed.

4) There is no security of employment.
