\rm :\implies\:\dfrac{x + 1}{3}  + x = 2(\dfrac{x + 7}{5} ) + 2

\rm :\implies\:\dfrac{x + 1 + 3x}{3} = \dfrac{2x + 14}{5}   + 2

\rm :\implies\:\dfrac{4x + 1}{3}  = \dfrac{2x + 14 + 10}{5}

\rm :\implies\:\dfrac{4x + 1}{3}  = \dfrac{2x + 24}{5}

\rm :\implies\:20x + 5 = 6x + 72

\rm :\implies\:20x - 6x = 72 - 5

\rm :\implies\:14x = 67

\rm :\implies\:x = \dfrac{67}{14}
