Reflex actions is a spontaneous, involuntary response to a stimulus. Several of our activities are governed by reflex actions.

- A message fro the receptor is relayed by sensory nerves to spinal cord , which sends information for response in a motor nerve to the effector.
- EXAMPLES : Hand touching a hot object...
