in the poem, nor marble....:

the poet tells us that statues and monuments will get destroyed eventually by time or war .

but destruction cannot wash away the memory of his friend because it's in his poem which dwells in lover's eyes.

in ozymandias:

it shows the pride of King Ozymandias who is so confident that his work is better than anybody else's and that nothing can possibly destroy it. however, only the ruins of a scupture is left with none of his work around it. It shows that the statue/sculpture couldnt withstand time. the expression on the face of the sculpture shows a sneer of cold command(shows the king's hostility)

manasiriya2003: Thanks but I asked what is the difference you are telling about them but I asked difference....
sushmithanair1402: in nor marble, they show that memory cannot be destroyed whereas in ozymandias , they show that everything is temporary?
