 {37}^{2}  -  {12 }^{2}  =  {y}^{2}
(37 + 12)(37 - 12) =  {y}^{2}
49 \times 25 =  {y}^{2}
1225 = y ^2
√1225 =y
35 = y

triangles are congruent

hence
other side is also 35

35 + 35 = 70 = x
