Water cycle is defined as tge process of evaporation and condensation of water.

Briefly, when rain falls on land...the water flows through rivers and stream

Then with the sun ..the process of evaporation takes place(here evaporation is the process where water turns to steam/droplets)As the sun heats the land. it absorbs some of the water and then these water droplets are condensed to clouds.When these clouds are heavy with water,they release water in the form of rain on land

hence the process continues.
