This is confusing. Do you mean devices that use the first law of motion. Or do you mean examples of the first law of motion.
Everything follows the first law of motion. It's a universal law. A Law is a big thing in science. Every object is in rest or motion. And they obey the law of inertia, which newton formulated first.
My favourite example is the Train. A Train rests on a thin slice of the rails beneath it, which brings down the kinetic resistance of friction to the moving train. This way the Train is able to achieve high speeds and stay in that uniform motion for long periods of time. It's all inertial.
