op = 17 cm and or = oq=10cm

To Find :

PQ=?

since, ⊥ from the center to chord bisects thechord mq=6cm

In triangle omq...mq=6 cm ,oq= 10cm

By pythagoras theorem

om=√(100-36)

 om=8

in triangle omp...om=8cm ,op=17 cm

by pythagoras theorem

pm=√(289-64)

pm=15cm

∴pq=pm-qm

=(15 - 6)cm
