Let a = 117^2 and b = 116^2

Difference between 117^2 and 116^2:

= > (117)^2 - (116)^2

We know that a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)

= > (117 + 116)(117 - 116)

= > (233)(1)

= > 233.

Therefore the difference is 233.

Hope this helps

hii. ....friend

the answer is here,

 =  >  \:  {117}^{2}  -  {116}^{2}

We know that,

 =  >  \:  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}  = (x + y)(x  - y)

 =  >  \: (117 - 116)(117 + 116)

 =  >  \: (1)(233)

=> 233.

:-)Hope it helps u.
