Letter given to the mayor, principal or any formality is a formal letter.

Please write the senders and the receivers address, whatever you like and also don't forget the date and the subject.

Respected Sir,

I hope you might be in a pleasant mood and health when you will receive this letter. So, I would like to come directly to the issue why I am writing this letter to keep in mind that you don't have free time to hear from all day long of citizens letter. As a child, I was always into reading books and writing and completely into it. And since then I have been drooling on them. I was completely devasted when I found that our Local Library is in such a condition

The books are all torn, pages are scribbled and many of them are missing. Famous authors like J.R.R Tolkiens books, Hemingway, Rowling, and many famous people's books aren't there. even the people who love books like me will not consider not even twice to go the library again. My son isn't as affectionate to books as I am. so I wanted him to go to the library and see and take any book that will catch his eyes. But in return, it was me who came back sniffing and frustrated the way the books has been kept. And when complained all they tell me is to leave if I don't like it? Tell me how is this fair? The people who aren't fond of reading if they enter the library they won't like books ever again. The impact will always be negative. They are students too who come to the library for peace and to study. But it was otherwise. I hated the experience my son has to go through to his very first library as I told him how and what libraries look like as it's such a peaceful area.

I am sure sir you will think through this matter. And help the library get better again. You are a respected personality and as being our mayor. we trust you that you will hold the accounts of the people who are destroying the books and fine them.

Regards,

Darkpit.
