In triangle ACD , S and R are mid points .
So, by mid point theorem
1) SR||AC and SR= 1/2 AC
2) Similarly PQ||AC and PQ=1/2 AC
So, PQ=SR
3) PQ and SR are equal and parallel to same side so they are equal and parellel to one another , SR||PQ and SR=PQ.
When one opposite pair of sides in a quadrilateral is parallel and equal, it is a
||gm.
HENCE, PROVED
