parimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

= 2(10+7)

=. 34

parimeter = 34

parimeter of half circle =πr

22/7×4.5

= 14.14

parimeter of shape =parimeter of rectangle -parimeter of circle

=34-14.14

=19.86
