Type the first 30 elements of the periodic table

Step-by-step explanation:

The periodic table of elements is made up of elements. Elements are one kind of atom chemically combined.

A compound is two or more elements chemically combined.

A mixture is two or more elements combined however, not chemically.

A compound using the elements of the periodic table can be like Hydrogen (H) + Oxygen (O). These are elements combined together (chemically). Creating a water molecule.

Electronic Configuration is the arrangement of electrons. An atom has electrons, neutrons, and protons. There are 4 shells of an atom. (KLMN). The first shell (K) can only contain 2 electrons. L (second shell), can contain 8 electrons. M (16 electrons). N (32 electrons). All of the atoms try to get a stable state which means having 8 electrons in it's last shell (octet state). Therefore, valency is formed. I will not get too deep into valency as it might be little confusing for some to understand. The core knowledge here is the definition of element, electronic configuration, compound, and mixture.

PS : Example of a mixture can be iron (fe) and sulpher (s). This is not chemically combined. If you place a magnet in this mixture, the iron will attract towards it. Hence, this isn't chemically combined.
