angle ABC = angle PQR (each 120 degree)

angle ACB = angle PQR (each 30 degree)

BC = QR (5cm)

for triangle ABC congruent to triangle PQR (by ASA congruence rule)

so AC = PR (by CPCT)

3 X - 1 = X + 5 (valves of ac and pr)

3x - X = 5+1

2x = 6

x = 6/2

x = 3

therefore AC = 3x -1

= 3(3)-1

= 9-1
