stress can be reduced by taking proper sleep, healthy diet and balance diet, studying for exam in intervals 15 to 90 minutes, do exercise regularly at least for 30 minutes by this your brain get more blood so brain will be more active.
If you stuck in any question take a rest and go for jogging about 30 minutes any other your favourite sport then your brain get boost up and refreshed.
