Our perception of temperature depends on skin temp.

Generally skin temp of women is 3C more than that of male.

And also it is due to female hormone estrogen which readily thickens the blood so reduce blood flow to the bodies extremities through capillaries.

Due to this womens internal body temp arises to balance the sum to 37°C which is normal body temp.
