Applying Charles Law :

  • V1 / T1 = V2 / T2

  • Intial Temperature = 296.4 ° k

  • Final temperature = 299.1° k

Putting Value in Formula :

  • 3 / 296.4 = V2 / 299.1

  • V2 = 889.2 / 296.4

  • V2 = 3 L

Therefore :

• V2 Value is 3 L

Given

V^1

1

=2L, T^1

=273+23.4=296.4K

V^2

2

=?, T^2

=273+26.1=299.1K

According to charles law

V^2V^1 =T^2 T^1

or, V^2 =T^1 V^1 T^2

substuting the values, we have

V^2

=

296.4K/2L×299.1K

2L×1.009=2.018L
