temperature is the measurement of the hotness or coldness of a body. whereas precipitation is the amount of rainfall. these factors vary from places as people living in coastal areas have more evaporation than people living in cities thus this factor effects precipitation (rainfall) it also varies from season as comparatively during monsoon there is more rain than in summers. temperature also depends on evaporation as the more the evaporation the cooler the temperature and during summers the temperature is higher than in winters.
