temperature and precipitation vary from place to place and season to season. explain by giving examples
Answers
Answer:
Temperature and precipitation varies from place to place and season to season because of the amount of solar energy received from the Sun. For example the North Pole is very cold and has no precipitation at all, This is because it is located in the middle of the Artic sea and therefore it receives extremely slanting rays of the Sun and has an extremely cold climate and the land is covered with ice since there is lack of heat and thus no precipitation occurs. Similarly in coastal areas the climate is moderate i.e. neither too hot nor too cold. Again in Delhi which is not located near the coasts experiences severe heat during the summer months but again in the winter months i.e. from October to February it experiences an extremely cold climate.
