Temperature of coefficient of resistance is depending on the rate of change of resistivity of the metal. The resisitivity depends on the average time between collisions (τ) as shown below.
With temperature increase the average speed of electron increases this in turn results increased τ . Also certain extent no. of free electrons (n) increases. These two factors increases resistivity and resistance of the metal
