Temperature of the liquid does not change during vapourisation. Explain
mayurvaghela:
because Since the kinetic energy of a molecule is proportional to its temperature, evaporation proceeds more quickly at higher temperatures. As the faster-moving molecules escape, the remaining molecules have lower average kinetic energy, and thetemperature of the liquid decreases.

HEYA..!!
The temperature of liquid does not change because the heat which is given to liquid to boil then that heat is absorbed by the liquid to overcome the force of attraction and to change into gaseous state.
hope it helps :)

because the heat taken by the water from the surrounding is used to convert the state of water from liquid to gas by increasing kinetic energy among the molecules and this kinetic energy increases the inter molecular space .
