Temperatures at moon are extreme. This is because moon has no atmosphere..therefore the suns rays are reflected back into the space after striking the surface as there is no atmosphere for insulation or to trap sun's heat..So during the day time temperature is extremely high due to presence of sun and during night time temperature drop down to lowest because the heat of the sun is not being trapped and reflects back to the space in form of long terrestrial radiations....

Hope it helps

Have a gud day!!
