Temperature and Boiling. Whenboiling occurs, the more energetic molecules change to a gas, spread out, and form bubbles. In addition, gas molecules leaving the liquid take away heat energy. Therefore thetemperature of the liquid remains constant during boiling.

Temperature remains constant because supplied heat is get transfer in conversation of state of matter i.e latent heat of vaporisation is take place and water convert into steam instead of rising it's temperature.
