ten cards numbered 1 through 10 are placed in a box, mixed up throughly and then one card is drawn randomly. if it is known that the number on the drawn card is more than 3, what is the probability that it is an even number?

Total no of cards = 10
Total even numbers after number 3 =4
P(E) of getting an even number after 3 = even numbers after 3 /total numbers of outcomes

P(E)= 4/10
=2/5
=0.4
